While doing any home remodeling project, it is important to choose the right products, but proper and professional installation is equally important. Great windows and doors can underperform if improper sizing and install leads to air and water leakage.
All of our projects include custom size products designed to fit perfectly for your home. First, we will have one of our professional installers measure to the 1/8” for your custom windows and doors. Our installers have been company trained and certified based on manufacturing install guidelines. We use industry best install materials including OSI sealant products such as Quad caulk and Quad insulating foam as well as Performance G8 exterior trim coil. In addition to quality work, we focus on maintaining a clean worksite. We always lay down drop cloths inside and tarps outside to catch debris and dust. Our final cleanup includes wiping baseboards and surfaces and vacuuming around the work areas. Last, our install and labor is included in your lifetime warranty. Many companies will limit this portion of the warranty to only one or two years.
